I am a Florida native and studied at Nova Southeastern University - Orlando regional campus, earning my Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2016. Post-graduation, I successfully passed the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam (NCMHCE) and became a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in 2016. I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida in 2019.
I have advocated and facilitated domestic violence curriculums, support groups, juvenile sex offender curriculums, and teen dating violence prevention. I am committed to providing an environment that allows clients to feel safe and express their voices free of judgment. My philosophy of living your best life is to incorporate mental and emotional wellness as a team effort. My methods include a plan-of-action that considers your unique needs, values your input, and improves your quality of life.

I accept the following insurances, EAPs, and Foundation vouchers. Before we meet together, please double check with your insurance to receive your estimated copay amount. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept any Medicare/Medicaid plans.

Private Pay
We can also meet together via private pay at my current rate of $150 per session. I accept credit/debit, health savings account (HSA) cards, and flexible savings account (FSA) cards. If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance, I'd be happy to complete documentation for you to be reimbursed for your payments.
